The purpose of this study is to establish a sustained release Diclofenac tablet
IIased on physical and chemical properties. Before evaluate the percentage release of
mg, necessary to test physical and chemical stability. Control release depends on
pliymer. Two different hydrophilic polymers were used with different ratios. This study
gives idea that how the ratios of polymers alter the physical behavior of granule or tablet.
The results also assure us the good compatibility of excipients and API.
Part one describes Diclofenac as well as NSAID, sustain release technology.
Part two discusses use of polymer technology in control drug delivery.
Part three describes the materials were used and method of tests
Part four analyzes results of data which were tested in lab with discussion |
