dc.description.abstract	English IS a compulsory subject In the primary and the secondary education of Bangladesh. Although English language teaching has always been an important issue in the country, it has yet reached any satisfactory level of success. Reading the quality of english of Bangladesh ELT many problem and complaints are in existence. This article intends to present an analytical description of English language teaching situation in some secondary schools.
