dc.description.abstract	This report focuses on the synchronization system of an Telecom Company. This synchronization system build with a synchronizer called microsemi. A GPS system connects it with a power cable and earthing cable. This Synchronizer system connected to BSC and MSC and it confirm that the whole time system in worldwide may connect with our country time. It also confirm and remain same our local time from on BTS to other. If this system does not work properly then we cannot connect on local distance and also worldwide connection through mobile. So this important thing for our telecom company and also very interesting for me because I intern on this project from the first of the beginning.	en_US
