Abstract:
The report contains data regarding how one type of personality patten can vary depending on other types. If there are correlations then that can bring huge change in
the organization's environment. Like, if the organization knows about a person's preferences, he can be charged with tasks that he has interest. It will increase the individual's motivation, performance which will lead to loyalty toward the organization. My report consists of the relationship between two types of personality patten. After completing the overall process I have come up to know that there is relationship between different personality pattern. The overall process was started filling up the questionnaires. Based on the questionnaires all the calculations have been made. I selected the Hypothesis process to come up to a conclusion. The questionnaire was filled up by the individualE. Each individual did this separately not in a group. No verbal communication was involved between the subjects and the researchers. Some of the references were taken from the web sites. For the calculation, I used SPSS as the instrument.
