In any industry the success of an organization is extremely dependent on its human resources. although, there are many other factors that play a key role. A company must have effective employees in order to stay financially solvent and competitive. In order to maintain this valuable service, organizations must be aware of employee training and development. But many companies make the mistake of assuming that employees are only seeking financial benefits for their jobs. Again, organizations must have employees who are able to quickly adapt to an ever changing world market. Providing employees with training and development opportunities not only contribute to the quality and effectiveness of the organization, it also serves to motivate and retain employees.
Training is a major part in human resources development and nowadays, an integral part in human resources department. Training is necessary because it is a condition for survival. In fact, Training is not an expense but an investment. Companies need to invest in on-going employee development in order to both keep employees and to be successful in business. In such situation, BRAC Bank Ltd has developed a strong need to train its employees. The banks policy is to train the human resources to enhance skill and knowledge for better understanding of job responsibilities. |
