TELETALK launched its mobile phone service on March 31,2005 and since
then has become the largest competitor between the mobile phone operator in
the country. Its number of subscribers has grown rapidly, as has its coverage
throughout the country. Among its 3 lucks subscribers, the Clients are a quite
small, yet very important segment as a fair amount of revenue is generated from
them. As a part of continuous market development strategy, the Corporate Sales
Division along with the support of MRD of TELETALK now tries to focus on
customized needs of its clients and develop additional products that will cater the
need of their total communication.
On top of providing top quality service, TELETALK has also proved to be
very innovative in its Value Added Services (VAS). In this paper TELETALK is
proposes to give its corporate clients an upgraded telecommunication system,
which may increase productivity with integration with existing phone system that
adds to the benefit of mobility.
Accordingly, TELETALK is contemplating a research that would give feedback form the clients and generate new ideas about future products and additional value added services. This will give TELETALK an idea about the expectations of the clients and hence provide assistance to design its product in future |
