Abstract:
This is internship report has been prepared in partial fulfillment of requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration. So I am doing a marketing Research where I have decided to find out the factors that influence the '?performance Evaluation of Product Mix of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd" compare with gfur companies. The research is based on 10 generic medicinal products and their rcryective brands which reveal the competitive market position of Square. The report has got scven chapers; Industry profile, organization part, Competitors analysis, Product & services & research part.
SQUARE is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceuticals in Bangladesh with a market share of l4%. It is ths leader in forrnrlation products (such as multi-vitamins, antibiotics,
antacids etc) and is one of the oldest domestic pharmaceutical companies, having
been in the business for over 35 years, At present SPL is manufacturing & markaing about 190 & drugs & dosage forms in different therapeutic classes. Its top Len revenue
earning products are Ceevit, Neotack Cortim, Entacyd, Multivitamin-plus, Entacydplus,
Moxecil, Clofenac, B-50 Forte, Ciprocin etc.
A primary questioner survey was done to find out the perception of chemist & doctors regarding SPL & the competitors' products. Therefore the research assigned was to identify the activities of the Drugs Adorn that are related to an ongoing pharmaceutical manufacturer & marketer & to provide a detailed documentation regarding requirements, time frame & effectiveness.
