Represent tweets to citizen in comfortable view by specifying some interesting categories . Moreover try to give the latest news ,incident that tweeted by the Twitter user more early than the electronic media.It brings a new era of journalism. I want to introduce citizen journalism and represent interesting pattern or information for specific region by using social Medias data. At present I am working on New York city and the radios of my working area is km around this city.I collect tweets form there and represent it to our citizen. Before developing this application many scholar work with twitter data for their analysis or the other thesis work.And the Citizen Journalism is not a new word to us. Among all other services, the World Wide Web is the most popular Internet applications. Internet contains various useful information and therefore, the dependency on Internet is increasing day by day. Providing Internet facilities as a tool to complete mundane activities becomes quite common in schools, colleges, government and non-government organizations etc. However, the process of digitalization has not been achieved as desired due to the lack of infrastructure, awareness and proper use of technologies. Developing countries like Bangladesh are still struggling to provide Internet facilities to all other citizens. The availability of Internet at the user end and high expense of Internet data are the main obstacles right now. There are so many technologies working together on server side to handle the thousands of client’s requests at minimum possible time. Those thousands requests come back with thousands responses. All of those messages and contents use Internet as their communication medium and those contents are also known as web traffic.Existing Technologies like web cache and Content Data Network (CDN) work to reduce the web traffic by caching it locally to serve it later. There are few scopes to improve the current technologies. The goal of this thesis is to reduce the web traffic that will lead to faster web browsing experience. Mehadi The business-to-consumer aspect of electronic commerce (e-commerce) is the most visible business use of the World Wide Web. The primary goal of an e-commerce site is to sell goods and services online. This project deals with developing an e-commerce website for online shopping. It provides the user with a catalog of different product available for purchase in the store. In order to facilitate online purchase a shopping cart is provided to the user. The system is implemented using a 3-tier approach, with a backend MySQL database, a middle tier apache server and a web browser as the front end client. However in reality , one new e-commerce website is lunching in each day as there is a lack of regulation and govt. limitation. In such situation, in nefarious businessman is typing to play monopoly with product pricing. The situation becomes bad or even worse when the customer does not any comparison facilities. Things can be done by manual tracking and it is time consuming. To assists coustomer with better pricing detection development of price comparison tool is inevitable. "Pricoms" is the tool that helps to solve this problem .
