This project presents a development of smart diaper system by applying the concept
of Internt of things. The smart diaper system consists of a Do it yourself (DIY) wet
sensor developed by us known as wet detector unit, The principle controlling unit of
the wet detection system is a low cost wireless micro-controller. The micro-controller
creates a bridge between cloud and the wet detection system. A mobile application
has been developed for facilitating the end user. All the sensor data collected from
smart diaper is presented to the apps through the cloud. The wet detector sensor is
placed between the layers of a diaper. When the wet sensor sensed any wet it knocked
the micro-controller to transmit the value to the cloud. The mobile apps pushed a
notification based the wet value. Thus the user revived a notification from the system
and perform the diaper changed operation.

Every company owns a fixed asset that is used in its business operations. To maintain a
complete, accurate, and up-to-date fixed asset can be a challenge if tracking the asset without an
automated process. DELL TECH, a IT based Automation Company owns fixed assets such as
furniture, software, building, vehicles, office equipment, etc. which the data are stored in an
excel spreadsheet. The increasing number of fixed assets lies difficulties for the staff to be able
to accurately track, calculate actual depreciation and manage the assets. This paper intends to
develop a fixed assets management system to computerize the manual form of DELL TECH
fixed assets. “This Systems” will help the company manage their assets, maintain a more detailed
asset records, automate depreciation, as well as maintain the conditions of the assets through
daily maintenance. The automation of the Fixed Assets Management will not only improve the
efficiency but will also reduce human stress thereby indirectly improving human recourses.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is the process of extracting text from an image. The main purpose of an OCR is to make editable documents from existing paper documents or image files. OCR is an important area in pattern recognition and image processing. Research in this field has been carried out since the beginning of the development of digital computers in a number of universities and research institutes, and many solutions to the problem has been proposed. In this paper, I would discuss the process of developing an OCR for Bengali language. Lots of efforts have been put on developing an OCR for Bengali. Though some OCRs have been developed, none of them is completely error free. For my project, I have used Tesseract OCR Engine to develop an OCR for Bengali language. Tesseract is currently the most accurate OCR engine. This engine was developed at HP labs and currently owned by Google. I used a number of software and tools to make Bangla OCR. I first present the complete methodology to build the Bangla OCR, followed by the implementation strategy (in python programming language). I used many image files to test the accuracy of my OCR. I have used the latest 4.00 version of Tesseract for Ubuntu 19. For clean image files, the accuracy rate is very high compared to existing works.
